I’m excited to have the opportunity to redesign this family home in a leafy part of lilliput, close to poole harbour. the project presents an intriguing challenge: to reimagine a previous design for a larger dwelling, reducing construction costs whilst retaining the accommodation of the previous design and reorientating the layout to optimise sunlight access to the key ground floor living spaces.

the heart of the brief is a spacious, southwest facing kitchen dining area with connecting snug. in addition, the existing loft space is to be extended to accommodate a luxurious principal bedroom suite on the second floor, making the most of the home’s orientation and views.
