working for michelin starred french restaurateur, chateau pourcell, we were commissioned to convert a former bank headquarters building close to the mall into their flagship london restaurant. no expense was spared in the quality of design and finish and the end result contained a number of inventive set pieces including a back-lit, translucent marble bar, 7m suede tassell drapes and polished stainless steel tables with feet on both ground floor and mezzanine levels.
