working with the executive architects on celebrated product designer phillippe starck’s first european boutique hotel project was formative in my design career.  as a young architect, taking on the role of team leader through the construction stages of the project ingrained in me the importance of meticulous attention to detail and opened my eyes to the amazing potential of interior architecture and lighting.  making a reality out of philippe starck’s unique and uncompromising design vision was an incredibly rewarding challenge and I took away lessons that have stayed with me throughout my career.
